Pilates for Senior Health

​​Our Pilates for seniors in Brisbane is designed to support both general wellbeing and age-related changes in a safe, gentle, and encouraging environment. As we age, it’s common to experience stiffness, reduced strength, changes in posture, or concerns with balance. Conditions such as osteoporosis and arthritis can also affect movement—but with the right guidance, there is always potential to improve how you feel and move.

Pilates is a low-impact and effective way to support bone health, joint mobility, posture, and balance. Sessions focus on improving gait, coordination, flexibility, and strength, while addressing common concerns such as kyphosis, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

I have experience working with seniors across a wide range of abilities, and my approach is always individualised. With a strong knowledge and understanding of age-related changes and special conditions, supported by ongoing study in movement and rehabilitation, sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and effective.

You will be guided at your own pace with a gentle and encouraging approach, always working within what feels comfortable for your body. Alongside physical benefits, many clients also notice improvements in confidence and overall mental wellbeing.

Sessions are available as private, duet, or home visits.
