Terms & Conditions

Renu Pilates provides Pilates sessions taught by fully qualified Pilates instructors. All payments for these services are accepted by Renu Pilates on behalf of the instructor.

Renu Pilates reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, instructors, workshops or instructor training programs. While we endeavor to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check live timetables for up-to-date information on all classes and events.

Online Bookings

You are welcome to pre-book online for all of our classes, and this is highly recommended at peak times. If you are unable to attend you must cancel online. Failure to cancel within the 5 hours deadline or “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class.

If you have pre-booked a class, please let the instructor know that you’ve arrived.

Late-Arrivals &Leaving Class Early

Late arrivals will only be admitted into the class if they can find the place in a quiet and respectful manner within the first 5 minutes of the class.

Should you wish to leave class early please alert the instructor and make sure you clean your equipment in a quiet and respectful manner in order not to disturb other students. We understand occasionally you may need to leave class early but if this is a regular pattern we suggest you make sure you sign into a class you know you can fully commit to.

Passes

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass. Passes purchased online will activate upon your first visit.

The Initial offer passes are a one-time offer to all new attendees at Renu Pilates.

Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, I hereby agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the Pilates Exercises to be provided to me by Renu Pilates:

I am participating voluntarily in classes, workshops or events offered by Renu Pilates.
I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner(“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner to be able to perform all vigorous stretching and Pilates Exercises which I am to perform during my participation in the Pilates class, workshop or event organised by Renu Pilates.
I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Renu Pilates and their associated teachers, as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Pilates Exercises.
I agree and acknowledge that participation in any Pilates Exercises could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Pilates Exercises without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither Renu Pilates, associated teachers, staff or employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract of in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Pilates Exercises.
I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Pilates Exercises and theory only. Renu Pilates, associated teachers, staff or employees of Renu Pilates, are not liable for, nor are expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of Pilates Exercises.
I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified Renu Pilates, associated instructors, staff or employees of Renu Pilates from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against Renu Pilates, associated teachers, staff or employees of Renu Pilates or incurred or become payable by Renu Pilates, associated teachers, staff or employees of Renu Pilates in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.
The fee paid by me for participation in Renu Pilates’s classes, workshops or events is non-refundable. Renu Pilates in their sole discretion may grant refunds to me without prejudicing any of their rights.
Renu Pilates reserves the right to cancel any event, in which case a full refund will be granted.
I indemnify Renu Pilates associated teachers, staff or employees of Renu Pilates against any loss or damage of my personal belongings that may arise through my attending this event, class or workshop.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
