IMG_0142.HEIC

Clinical Pilates is a rehabilitation method that combines traditional Pilates exercises with the clinical expertise of trained musculoskeletal physiotherapists.  Our Physiotherapist-led sessions ensure that exercises are performed safely and effectively, with a focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and achieving individualised fitness goals. This approach combines the benefits of Pilates with the expertise of physiotherapy to promote optimal physical health and function. At Renu Pilates we offer various Pilates apparatus such as the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Spine Corrector, and Wunda Chair.
