Service Description
A private initial consultation designed to assess your posture, movement, and any specific conditions or injuries. This session allows us to create a safe, individualised Pilates program to support your rehabilitation and long-term wellbeing
Cancellation Policy
Sales & Refund Policy All plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Expiry Policy Each plan has a strict expiry date. Unused classes will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date. Extensions are only granted in cases of illness or injury, and a medical certificate is required. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations will result in the class being forfeited, with no refund or credit provided.
