1:1 Private:  Experience the undivided attention of our certified Pilates instructor as you work one-on-one to refine your technique, deepen your practice, and achieve your fitness objectives in a private setting.

2:1 Duet: You can share the joy of Pilates with a partner or friend in our duet sessions. Enjoy personalised instruction and guidance from our experienced instructor as you and your partner engage in a dynamic and supportive workout together.

3:1 Semi-Private: Join our semi-private sessions for a small group Pilates experience with your friends or family members.  You can receive personalised attention and expert guidance from our instructor while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of exercising alongside fellow enthusiasts.
