Service Description
Mat Pilates will teach the foundations of the exercise, and is a great option for beginners because of its emphasis on learning how to control your muscles during exercises. On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout more challenging in many cases. Advanced mat classes are the hardest because you’re using your body all the time, without the support of the springs and cables of the reformer machine.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking, notification must be provided at least 6 hours before the class starts. Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will result in forfeiture of the class. Please note that a minimum of 2 people are required to open a group class.
